NASA discovers ice lake on Mars

Source: pravda.ru

NASA scientists recently discovered an underground dry ice lake containing more carbon dioxide than originally thought. The trapped carbon dioxide is thought to have come from the planet's atmosphere earlier in its history when it was conducive for life on Mars to exist.

"It really is a buried treasure," said Jeffrey Plaut, a scientist of the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, in a report appearing in the journal Science. "We found something underground that no one else realized was there."
The discovery was made possible through ground-penetrating radar of the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter who is searching for clues of life on Mars, according to Empowered News.

The newly deposit is about 3,000 cubic miles, or about the volume of Lake Superior, and holds enough carbon dioxide to nearly double the mass of the Martian atmosphere. Mars' atmosphere has a surface pressure less than 1 percent that at Earth's surface at the lowest altitudes. The air on Mars is 95 percent carbon dioxide, while that on Earth is less than 0.04 percent CO2.

"We already knew there is a small perennial cap of carbon-dioxide ice on top of the water ice there, but this buried deposit has about 30 times more dry ice than previously estimated," said Roger Phillips of Southwest Research Institute in Boulder, Colo., in a statement. Phillips is deputy team leader for the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter's Shallow Radar instrument and lead author of the study, International Business Times reports.

The Religious hypocrisy of the United States of America

God Bless America
The Religious hypocrisy of the United States of America

Matthew 5:43-44 (New International Version, ©2011) “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor[a] and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you (Jesus Christ)

Why is it that God only blesses America; aren’t we all Gods people? Red and Yellow Black and White… Jesus said to love your enemies not blow them up. In America we blow up our enemies and ignore the neighbors. That’s ok though because our government said so, right? That’s the mentality that we have as Americans. We say that we are a good Christian country and yet we go against everything that’s taught in the book we consider so holy. Question; what gives any man the right to take the life of another man? Answer…Money and Power. It’s ashamed that mankind cannot find any other way to solve its problems without the need for bloodshed and war.

2 Corinthians 10:3-5 (New International Version, ©2011) For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. 4 The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. 5 We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. (Paul the Apostle)

Paul was right. The only way to bring about true change is to end war and the enslavement of mankind. Our weapons are not made of steel and gunpowder. They are made of Love, Courage and inner peace. Believe in truth and righteousness and stand up non-violently to our oppressors. Understanding that knowledge of god is not interpreted by man but found in one’s consciousness.
We live in a world gone mad, a world full of War and Poverty.  Why is it that we can look to the Bible and see; Matthew 6:24 “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money. And yet allow our countries leaders put the name of God on our Money?Jesus knew that money was really used to control the minds of men. He knew that the worries of taxes and wealth were just put in place to keep mankind from focusing on the main purpose of life.

What is the Purpose of Life? To me the Purpose of Life is Simple; its experience. It’s a learning process and a chance to gather useful, soul changing information. This information is eternal and infinite...It’s the experience we live. The only thing we will take with us when our physical bodies are no longer a use to us is our experience we had in our physical life. The body dies, the soul is eternal.

Jesus knew the role that money had to play in the life of men. He knew that anything that took your focus from Love was not of God. He saw that money was just a burden to the common man who never has enough. He also saw how those who had plenty made themselves think they were better than those who have little. Matthew 6:25 (New International Version, ©2011) 25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?”   Wake Up America.

David Icke – Stop Acquiescing With Your Own Enslavement!

In the movie Network, fed up TV reporter Howard Beale said, “I’m as mad as hell and I’m not going to take it anymore!”  Beale, on a national TV broadcast, implored others to likewise not take it anymore. Like Beale, David Icke is now saying “I’m sick of it!”

The reason Icke is “sick of it” is because according to him, pathetic, naive people, despite all of the evidence before them, are looking the other way and allowing the powers that be to impose their will on our children, and on our lives.  “I’m not having it,” said Icke.

Icke also said that if people would just wake up and open their eyes, they would see the scale of fascism that we are being subjected to today.  And, if we don’t wake up and keep looking the other way, the fascism will just get worse.

Eventually,we will have to wake up to what is happening.  But, by then, it may be too late.   Icke concluded: “Don’t look to me when it happens because you’ve got your chance now.”

San Francisco to require ID scans, photos of everyone who goes to a venue

Source: vigilantcitizen.com

San Francisco’s Entertainment Comission has proposed new measures causing quite an uproar as they would turn the city into a high-tech police state.

San Francisco’s Entertainment Commission has proposed that all bars, clubs, and venues should be required to photograph and collect ID from everyone who comes in for a drink or a show. The photos and personal information would be retained so that police could get a list of every person who was in the club on any given night. Leaving aside the (obvious) fourth amendment issues inherent in governments collecting massive databases of presumed-innocent people’s lawful activities and movements, this is also a security nightmare, in which thousands of club staff and their friends would have access to personal information that would be of great interest to stalkers, creeps and identity thieves. (sourced from boingboing.net)

The measures in question are:

3) All occupants of the premises shall be ID Scanned (including patrons, promoters, and performers, etc.). ID scanning data shall be maintained on a data storage system for no less than 15 days and shall be made available to local law enforcement upon request.

4) High visibility cameras shall be located at each entrance and exit point of the premises. Said cameras shall maintain a recorded data base for no less than fifteen (15 days) and made available to local law enforcement upon request.

The Electronic Frontier Foundation will present their critique of this proposal to the Commission at a public meeting:

Events with strong cultural, ideological, and political components are frequently held at venues that would be affected by these rules. Scanning the ID’s of all attendees at an anti-war rally, a gay night club, or a fundraiser for a civil liberties organization would have a deeply chilling effect on speech. Participants might hesitate to attend such events if their attendance were noted, stored, and made available on request to government authorities. This would transform the politically and culturally tolerant environment for which San Francisco is famous into a police state. We are deeply disappointed in the San Francisco Entertainment Commission for considering such troubling, authoritarian, and poorly thought-out rules. The Commission should reject this attack on our most basic civil liberties. San Francisco cannot hope to remain a hub of cultural and political activity if we are stripped of our civil liberties the moment we walk through the door of a venue.
